Refund and Returns Policy – Woven Twist

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about your options.

1. Return Window
All return and exchange requests must be initiated strictly within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not accept return requests raised after this 7-day period.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items
– Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
– Customized or personalized items.
– Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return
– Email our support team at info@woventwist.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Include your Order Number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
– Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping Costs
– Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup.
– Customer Preference (Change of mind/Size issues): Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
